Save an extra 10% - Reward Points

What are Reward Points?

A customer loyalty program where by purchasing Hit Trax products, you receive an extra 10% discount off a purchase.

How are RP's added to my account?

Enter your e-mail address and password in the Log in box and press 'Log In'.  If you are not sure of your Login details, click 'lost password' and enter your e-mail address. Your password will be e-mailed to you immediately.

How many RP's do I earn?

You get 50 FREE RP's when you sign up plus 10 RP's for every song purchased

How many RP's do I need to redeem the discount?

100 RP's (10 songs) will activate the 10% discount on the current order. The discount applies to the price displayed on the screen.

What happens after I get my discount?

Your RP's will reset and no further points will be added to the current order. Only 1 discount applies per purchase.


Am I allowed to spread a very large order over 2 separate purchases?

Yes.  If you plan to purchase a large number of titles you can spread them over 2 or more orders, however it still may beneficial to make your entire purchases over one order.

Finally - Don't forget to Log In

You must be logged in to receive Reward Points as the 10% discount cannot be applied to an order already completed. Hit Trax does not have the facility to apply 'financial credits' in lieu of the 10% discount. Instead, we will update a customers RP's to the amount earned during the most recent purchase. To avoid disappointment, please ensure you log in everytime you visit your HitTrax online store.
